Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 48 hours of time of order. If a product is on back – order a notice will be sent to you with an expected turn for the item on back – order – all other items ordered will be processed as stated in our shipping policy.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipment method: USPS Regular Mail
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
Shipment cost: $4.20*
* Orders totaling $50 or more (tax not included) qualify for free shipping via USPS Regular 3-5 day mail.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses according to USPS regulations.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Hot Springs Hemp Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Hot Springs Hemp Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however we will do our best to correct any inconvenience encountered. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently are NOT shipping internationally.
We offer a full refund for unopened products and will offer a partial refund/credit for opened products on a case by case basis.
